Curtis Sittenfeld's Romantic Comedy is very good too, and some similarity of theme, but the style and plot are all recognisably her, despite the new territory. Yes, I love Curtis Sittenfeld. Sisterland is one of my favourite books. She went lighter in tone for Romantic Comedy, as she did in Man of My Dreams, but it's got that warmth and intensity she has in all her writing. It was great fun to read.
