Argh! Public works did it to a pond on a public golf course by our house - turned a beautiful bird sanctuary into an ugly mud-ringed pit.
So bad. They are apparently buying floating duck houses for next year , which is something, but why can’t they leave nature alone? The balls are in the water anyway! Ugh.
